Today, I stumbled upon an app I hadn’t heard of before: PillO: Meds in Minutes. Out of curiosity, I downloaded it and decided to try ordering a few OTC products and medicines.
And honestly? The entire user journey was seamless:
- Scan a product image/barcode OR upload a prescription
- Instantly discover available meds & best deals
- Delivered in under 60 minutes ⏲️
As someone who builds digital products, this experience reminded me of the magic you feel with Instamart or Blinkit — but for urgent healthcare needs, where time isn’t just convenience, it’s critical.
But here’s what truly blew me away 👇
While receiving my order, it wasn’t just a delivery executive at the door…
It was none other than Kaushal Shah, the Founder & CEO of PillO: Meds in Minutes, personally collecting real-time feedback from users.
📽️ He was:
Documenting live customer feedback & asking thoughtful product questions:
• “How did you discover PillO?”
• “Why choose this over your nearby pharmacy?”
• “What were the biggest pain points?”
Truly listening — with humility and curiosity.
This, to me, is product obsession at its finest.
The kind of founder empathy and hands-on feedback loop that no analytics dashboard can ever replace.
As a product person myself, I was inspired.
And I just want to say — hats off to the PillO team
- 🚀 Fast UX.
- 🩺 Critical use-case.
- 📦 Fast delivery.
- ❤️ Founder empathy.
PillO isn’t just building a product. They’re building trust.
In a market dominated by giants like Tata 1MG, PharmEasy, etc., I truly believe they’re carving their own lane.
If you haven’t checked it out yet — I’d recommend giving it a try.
PillO might just become your Blinkit for medicines.
